"the hoop" was developed after one of the founders of Handy Hoop Ltd had a problem with putting grass cuttings into a rubbish bag. He decided to design "the hoop".
Based in East Anglia (UK), Handy Hoop Ltd have been producing this very successful product, which has been tried and tested by commercial users for several years.
Two sizes of hoop are available in a choice of colours. "the hoop" is versatile and suitable for a range of uses such as recycling, gardening, litter collection, home use, office use, etc.
